Mr. Felipe Casas is a Lawyer graduated from La Sabana University in Colombia. He is currently qualified for assistance of legal services. He has carried out his work in the areas of Public and Administrative Law, in terms of concepts, contracts, judicial defenses, response to petitions, complaints and claims of clients against state and business control entities, required by the Consumer Statute and financial laws as well as the projection of contract, resolution of petitions and issuance of administrative acts.

His professional profile is focused on the areas of administrative and constitutional law, continuously carrying out updating studies and courses on the topics of principles and regulations that public entities must follow in compliance with the laws and principles of the State. He also carries out process of succession, labor processes and guardianship as an independent lawyer.

Felipe’s skills, knowledge, ethics and professionalism have tremendously contributed towards our organization being officially registered in Colombia as a foreign Non-Profit Organization. Felipe also advises our board in regards with our international affairs not only between Colombia and the United States but also other countries that are interested in our programs.
