Mr. Israel Romero was born in Bogotá (Colombia), where he resides with his wife and his daughter. He graduated as a Civil Engineer back in 2003 and works in the construction industry since 1990. He directs all the architecture and engineering projects of his company since 2013. His goal is to design new housing options by combining new technologies with low-impact environment designs and make them available and affordable for middle class income families in Colombia.
Israel has a great experience in different fields of the construction as in the sector of hydraulics where he began his training with the construction of channels, drainage systems, wastewater treatment, treatment of drinking water, box culvert, improvement of lagoon areas and massive earth movements. He also gained experience in the industrial sector where he led the design and construction of modules for the collection and dispatch of products of one of the biggest national brewery companies.
He had the opportunity to work in the oil filed by building caisson, design systems to improve soil density as well as systems for draining in order to stabilize and mitigate impacts by movement of masses of land in hillside to the oil wells. He leaded the construction of platforms for exploration and oil extraction in different areas of the Colombian territory. He made great contributions in the direction of the maintenance and expansion of an oil field by implementing the best of his own experiences and other successful techniques performed in other countries in the world.
